We are very happy of some recent comments on Trip Advisor and we wish to thank our guests who make our life better.

This is in german but I got to translate it in english (after original text)

“Erster Eindruck : “Alm-Hütte” … zweiter Eindruck : erstklassiges internationales Hotel. Personal spricht z.T. super Englisch. Nette Beratung für eine Ätna-Tour.
Das Zimmer entsprach absolut internationalem Standard.
Das Frühstück war das Beste, was ich auf der Sizilen-Rundreise bekommen habe - optimale Vorraussetzung für eine Bergtour - und dann am Abend der tolle Blick über die beleuchtete Landschaft im Tal die einem zu Füßen liegt - wow !
Nur wenige Zimmer, deswegen möglichst vorbestellen - wir hatten Glück und bekamen das Letzte - und und sogar mit Balkon zum Tal hin.
100 - P.Nacht für das DZ ist wirklich angemessen - und noch günstiger, als die Herberge nebenan.
Ein Schmankerl : wir hatten unseren Pass bei der Rezeption bei der Abreise vergessen - er wurde uns am nächsten Tag nach Catania nachgebracht - DANKE !”.

“First impression: “Alm-hut“ … second impression: first class international hotel. Staff speaks Super English. Nice advice for Etna tour.
Room is absolutely in line with international standards.
Breakfast was the best thing I got to the Sicilian tour - optimum condition for a hike - and then in the evening the great view of the illuminated area in the valley to one at his feet - wow!
Only few rooms, so reservation is mandatory - we were lucky and got the last - and with a balcony and even the valley.
100 - P. night for the double room is really appropriate - and even cheaper than the hostel next door.
A treat: we had forgotten our passports at reception on departure - the next day night porter took them us to Catania - THANKS!”
