We wish to remember all families there is a special offer.

On March 19th-21st week-end, Friday-Sunday, two nights we will apply a 15% discount. This means for example that a four persons family, two adults and two children under 12 will pay € 187,00 instead of € 220,00 in half board per night on those dates.

About Etna we had a very warm week with very strong Sirocco wind.

Due to wind yesterday, this night and this morning seemed perfect days to make a jump and land in Greece (paragliding a bit…). We are sorry but it seems it will be fourth Sunday in which it will be impossible to ski but even just to breath, outside. We hope in March.

Friday they will be at their peak but then they should drop down again on Saturday (more than 10 degreeses lost in 24 hours!).

On Sunday forecasts expect a ‘perfect day’ with no wind, blue sky, no precipitations or any viability problem. Let’s hope.

As forecasted this night it was heavy snowing. Road has been blocked by Authority.

They can arrive on Etna Sud just our hotel guests (under our responsability) and Rifugio Sapienza ones.

Cable car is stopped but should be fully operative tomorrow thanks to good weather (we hope!).

…yes, as you can see our ground floor is buried.

UPDATE: finally good weather come. I publish a latest photo with blue sky and snow on road to hotel.

We were already plenty of snow so where will we put this new snow?

About forecasts since tomorrow we expect good weather but this evening strong wind will make road difficult.
