I phoned “Funivia dell’Etna” (cable car society) to ask about activity. They told me yesterday Sud Est did some explosions but in this moment nothing happens. Anyway this morning it was possible to hear clearly noise of explosions here from hotel.

Commento di Boris riguardo l’attività odierna: “[trad. dall’inglese] L’ultimo aggiornamento odierno del INGV afferma che la lava scorre giù fino a quota 2.000 metri e vi sono esplosioni udibili da Monte Zoccolaro”.
